Dr. Omollo has made it clear in many occasions in Luo Nyanza that he does not condone violence.
He’s spoken to youths including those who support TUTAM and pro-TUTAM politicians; that violence has no place in our politics: nationally and the politics of our region.
In churches and in small group meetings, PS Omollo has constantly rejected violence as a currency to transact politics.
What’s also emerging is the usual trend of Linda Mwananchi group in Nyanza to scapegoat PS Omollo as a way of seeking political sympathy. The PS attends public events with his government provided police security which every leader has access to.
The reason you don’t see police security around leaders like Orengo is because they want to portray thug-like Mr Tough Guy, hence the use of the Olivetis of this world.
The irony is that when they are accosted; they do not seek refuge from the Olivetis of this world, but from the police.
There’s a mistake these people are making, you can’t appear in public meetings with known thugs while accusing other leaders of harboring goons and thugs.
The Linda Mwananchi Nyanza group are headed nowhere. Nationally, their numbers are dwindling, and their area of operation is increasingly getting narrowed.
Whenever chased away elsewhere; they regroup in Nyanza, create turmoil and seek cheap political sympathies.
Joluo dwaro ndara, gi pi, gi stima, gi ports, gi piers, gi mende, gi railway, gi bridges kaka dhogoye, gi affordable housing gi markets kod industries…mogik en dhano turi e migepe mag sirkal.
Joluo are not interested in maandamanos, opposition, rebellion, protests, revolutions, etc. We have done all that before.
Joluo are also not interested in fielding a presidential candidate.
If Orengo, 78, desires to contest for presidency; that’s his dream and he’s entitled to i.
The Luo community is emerging from the emotional wreckage caused by the futility in the five-times bid of Raila Odinga. It is time to heal.
A presidential candidate being pushed on our throats by the same Mt. Kenya characters who couldn’t convince their people to vote for Raila Odinga is just another long con.
James Orengo is not new in Kenya. He is a 78 year old who has participated in all past campaigns. He claims to see the world 💯% with Raila’s lenses. If Raila could not convince those people to vote for him what new thing are they to hear from Orengo to make them vote for Orengo?
The delusion that Orengo is creating in Luo Nyanza is a dangerous one.
He is a spoiler who does not have the numbers and is depending on Gen Zs, which every scoundrel in the so called United Opposition is depending on.
Other than Gen Zs, he is depending on GOON Zs.
There’s no way Orengo will be Gachagua’s pick for presidency.
There’s no way Orengo will be Kalonzo’s pick for presidency.
There’s no way Orengo will be Uhuru’s pick for presidency.
There’s no way Orengo will even be a deputy pick.
He is a man chasing shadows.
The violence being forced on Luos by Orengo and his group is unacceptable at a time the Luo homeland is witnessing material progress. The whole point of politics is development.
Blaming PS Omollo each time their political calculation backfires on them will NOT be accepted.
Keep off political rallies and events of those you don’t like the way I keep off Gachagua rallies and events.
