The money was to pay election agents. But there were no agents recruited!
The first set of Azimio presidential agents were declared “moles” and the list recalled and revoked.
You know in ODM, politics of “moles” really create a “frenzy”.
Moles? We’ve been compromised?
Yes moles. Compromised.
“You must abandon the agents list and wait for our new list”.
That’s how the hijack happened.
It’s now a day to the election, nobody knows.
Nobody is picking calls.
In Nyanza an order came that now the agents for governors and MPs will also double as the presidential agents. Don’t even know if that was even legal.
The point is if there were no agents to begin with, then there was nobody to pay and so, Uhuru had to find a way of giving out money he knew will not be used; so he placed his blood brother in charge. He released the money to his own brother. He promptly took it back to NCBA!
